If for any reason it’s not exactly what you were expecting, you may return it within 7 days at: Growing Kids Billings Bridge  2269 Riverside Drive Ottawa, Ontario KIH-8K2 or ship it as per instructions bellow.(personalized, special cut, altered or with special embroidery are all final sale.

We’ll gladly exchange it for a in stock dress or re-order it  at no extra shipping charges. if not enough time to re-order it, or it's out of stock, or you change your mind a store credit will be cheerfully offered. No cash refund. 

Return Instructions

Email us for return authorization number within 3 days. Drop it off at the post office or have it picked up by a courier within 10 days of receiving the item as per tracking record. Prepay shipping and write down the return authorization number on the outside of the package. Any packages with unpaid shipping or invisible authorization number will be unaccepted and returned to sender. No exceptions.

 Please note: Item(s) must be returned undamaged and in original shape with original tags attached. All returned item(s) must be in a re-salable condition, unworn and no sign of wear. When returning for an exchange, we cannot be responsible for item(s) that are damaged/lost/stolen during delivery so we suggest for you to purchase a delivery confirmation or tracking. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs during the exchange process.
